quick question- help with OPK

Hey ladies! Well this morning marked a large hurdle - my first + OPK since my D&C in March!

I have a question....when you say "I'm 1 dpo, 2 dpo" etc.... Does that mean I count today as day 0 - so tomorrow as 1dpo?

When I get a + OPK, I usually count the day after the next day as 1 DPO. So, when I got my + OPK on Sunday, I count Tuesday as 1 DPO. Usually after a + OPK, you OV somewhere between 12-36ish hours. So, I count the next day as OV day, then the next day as 1 DPO.
