i'm a right nosy girl at times hehe and i was just wondering how u all met the FOB / OH.

i met my FOB about 4 years ago through mutual friends and we got to be really good mates that ended up turning into more

I met my other half in high school about 8/9 years ago. We have been together for 5 years in November and he is my best friend. He was my best friend before we even got together and we are even closer now

Mines actually quite embarassing/funny. My best friend moved into mine over a year ago, as she was having family problems. So we decided to get a job to help out with rent and paying bills as i'd just added another mouth to feed into a family of 6 already! So we bagged ourselves a fulltime job in Burger king (LOL) and thats where i met OH! It's quite funny that we're gonna have to tell LO mummy and daddy met whilst making burgers

We were talking quite a lot on there, and I used to go religiously Ice skating every friday night with my friends...well he decided to turn up one night!!

I hadn't seen my Dad for years, then when I got back in contact with him I also started chatting to my step-mum on msn.
She had a friend she had met on netmums, who is my OH's sister. They had all been out one night which was when she met my OH. He was single and looking at 24 yrs old. My step-mum was telling me about him and how she'd joked about me and him. I was 16, almost 17 so she didn't think anything would come of her silly games.
She gave me his msn and we got chatting...the whole time she was sending me websites with pics of wedding dresses etc.
Me and OH arranged to meet at a hotel near mine one night. We got on soo well over msn and on the phone and that night we both knew we wanted to be together.
The first 2 weeks of our relationship were long distance.
Because of all the trouble I was having at home I moved in with my Dad.
Me and OH got VERY close and then a few months later found out I was pregnant.
We've talked about getting married and both know we want to, but not for a few years yet.

I was seeing someone else casually, and my OH was one of his best friends, so when we went out to the pub or the cinema, he'd usually be there. I was actually kinda scared of him at first lol, he's a rugby player so he's pretty big, but we got talking and he was just so funny. Swapped numbers, and msn addresses (used to live on msn when I was 15 haha) and I went to Egypt for 2 weeks on holiday, and he rang me one day while I was there because it was my birthday, I just thought it was really sweet, and we ended up getting together when I got back from Egypt

Both on a Bikers Forum and I added his msn coz he offered to look at my 50cc, but I scrapped it as it was fcuked.

Then one night, my cat had just died (sad i know but I LOVED that cat) and I was on msn at stupid o'clock and so was he...

We arranged for him to come and pick me up on his bike and take me for a ride...we ended up back at his place...I didnt go home for 3 days...and when I did...he came with me and we've never been apart since

We were in marching band together! Hahaha. So nerdy. He played mellophone and I played clarinet. He was really good friends with my sister and he was just sooo cute! The first time I talked to him, I yelled at him for doing the set wrong! Tehehehehe. We just started talking after that and things just went from there! We've been together for almost 1 year & 7 months now

FOB - 2 years above me at school... i knew his cousin, and his sister who where in my class. so we where at a GAA match one night, and he was there, went to the cinema the next night, and where an 'item' within a month... almost 5 years

OH - have been best friends since his family moved next door to mine at 5, he was 8... we used to ride bikes together ... he was actually my first kiss, he showed me how. my family moved when i was 15, but my mum and his mum skill good friends. we came real close about 4 years ago, when his sister got sick... and after me and FOB broke up, he asked me out...

so from high school sweethearts to childhood sweethearts - i am a walking cliché xx
