quite embarrassing

hi im really embarrassed telling u this but i have a problem i think.

last nite i woke up really warm and thought i was just wet with sweat so got up to bathroom, did a pee and got back into bed. but wen i got back in the sheet was really wet. wen i took it off there was a smell of sweat but also to me a hint of urine? is it possible that at 25 i wet myself? has this ever happened anyone else? help!

no see i hadnt i had a cup of tea much earlier but my knickers werent overally wet, just the usual wen i wake up warm. maybe it was just smelly sweat but im embarrassed cuz my husband hasnt said anything but im sure he noticed

it was probably just sweat it has been very hot this week, and did you know sweat contains uric acid which is also found in urine so that might explain the smell. Dont worry about it
