Ok so its 6:30am i have been up since 4:45am which isnt bad as Max went down at 9pm and has not been up once in the night, BUT what is peeeeeeing me off is my hubby, so he works BIG DEAL! and i look after the children being 4.5 weeks and 21 months, so its hard work, but he swans in after work, asks where dinner is and says he is tired! ha ha!!
so as its the weekend as he is more or less off the weekend, i thought oh maybe he will get up to Max this morning as its been a full week of 5am starts and its bloody nackering, and tonight we have his mums 60th birthday party which is going to be a late one, did he move when Max cried out DID HE FCUK! he just lay there and which really annoyed me turned over back to us while i was feeding him, so now he will be all drinking and enjoying himself while i am sat in the corner looking after the children (Hollie will be a whinge bag as it will be late) not drinking although i havent had a drink since fell pregnant as i have early mornings to contend with, and not being able to go out for a cigarette as his family start a row with me as soon as i mention it!! makes life fun!!

:hissy::hissy::hissy:

i am sorry for rambling and you are all probably thinking whats she moaning for but its really made me mad this morning! i am quite tempted to take 2 cars tonight so i can come home early and he can just stay over the night! ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

thanks for listening!!:hugs:

i can understand how you feel. i am a sahm also with a 6yr old 3 yr old and a 4 mth old so mine are alittle more spread out but it is hard some days and i would love to sleep in past 6:30 at least one day a mth.

Im totally getting where your coming from. My OH just lays in bed on a weekend leaves me to get up and feed the kids and tidy up. He never once thinks maybe Emma would like a lie in. And even better he races remote control cars he normally does it one sunday every month but this month they have some "special" meet so im on my own looking after them for the second week running on sunday bloody fantastic. Men just dont think like us women at all!

so glad i am not the only one who feels like this, i even started to feel guilty for being mad but i dont now!! i just know if i say anything he will say " you wanted two kids so close together" or " i thought you said you could cope" or " well i work all week!!!" ( that last one makes me laugh as men dont seem to think that having young children is hard work at all its like a walk in the park! he always says " you get to rest/ do what u like/ watch tv! (yeah c bloody beebies or playhouse disney!"

why dont they understand???? i would do anything to leave him here with themn both for one week i go to work and SOCIALISE and see how he copes with fitting in playing, eating, changing bums, feeding, cleaning, and dealing with sleep deprevation at the same time!!!!! MAKES ME MAAAAAAAD!!

I hear ya! My hubby "can't hear" Kai at 4:30 in the morning either!

its given me an idea, i am starting a "sometimes i really hate men" thread and maybe we can all leave comments and why and see how many of us there actually with LAZY and SELFISH husbands/ partners!!!! lol

They dont understand do they!

Work isn't work, mothering is work! We're on 24 hours, 7 days, no holiday leave, no weekends, no breaks, no lunch times, and NO PAY! Seriously, if you worked for an employer the way you worked for your children you'd be making a FORTUNE

Ah... but we love 'em.... they pay in smiles!

BUT that doesn't excuse lazy spouses!

(I cant complain too much, my OH has FINALLY after 4 months realised HE had a baby too, not just me! Seriously, I think he thought I immaculately concieved and Jasper had nothing to do with him :dohh:)

Again...

And I'll probably add my opinions in your new thread about men

i know my hubby came in and said he was tired the other day and i said to him " can you pass me the yellow pages!"
he said " why"
and i said " because i want to find the number of the place i can book my annual leave, and call in sick tomorrow"
he just laughed and said i was being ridiculous!! still DIDNT get the hint lol x

Did they not work out that a mother should be paid 30 grand a year if being one was actually a job? Tell him to stick that in his pipe and smoke it!! xx

Oh im with you on this one !!!

My oh was supposed to be having Logan while i took HIS neice shopping today but he is far to tired to have him so im now taking him with me on the train into the city center for the day !!
