Really, really angry right now!

Hi,

After I lost my baby at 8 1/2 weeks (we named her Aiden Lynne), my DH and I decided to buy a little statue to remember her by. We bought Aiden a little angel and concreted it into the front garden, near the ponds that we have. It was beautiful and peaceful, and I felt like I was doing something for my little girl.
anyway, last night someone stole it.
They trashed my car as well, but I don't really care about that. I have insurance, but I can never replace that angel.
It feels like not only am I not meant to have a baby, but I'm also not meant to remember that she ever existed.

I just needed to rant a little. I'm furious that this has been taken as well.

that is awful.....im so sorry to hear that. people do nasty things sometimes however i am sure they had no idea of the meaning but still i am sure it is still heartbreaking for you hugs xx

oh hun thats horrid how can anyone do that i don't know! i'm so sorry darling

do you have photos of it? was thinking although you probably won't ever get your statue back if you have a photo maybe someone can make one exactly like it.

it scares me what some people can do. i worry so much that someone will burgle our house and take jessicas memory box and photos etc. i go on holiday soon and going to take all of it including her ashes to my mums house so i know they are safe.

I'm very sorry to hear that this happened to you. Whoever stole your precious statue deserves some suitable shaped statue cemented to their head. Some people are totally void of human kindness.

Thank you to all of you, it was a pretty crappy thing to happen. I know they didn't know what it was worth, but when I think of them taking it....still makes me furious.
I do have photos, and at the moment I'm looking into how I could make it more secure. It might mean moving it to the back garden, which would be sad because it was nice to see it every time I came home.

Thanks for the hugs and support, it is always good to have people who understand.

People do stupid things like that, they have no idea how they've affected people. You can take this time to do ANOTHER great thing for your little girl.
