Really weird feeling!

Just need alittle help and a few opinions.
I had a natural mc on the 16th April, My HCG levels were back down to below 5 on the 14th May.
I had my first AF on the 3rd June and my Second on the 7th July,
My cycles are all over the place so not sure when i will ovulate!
So the last week I have had slight cramping in my stomach and felt a little sick. Today i have a really sore lower back and still feel sicky but also have a sore throat so thinking i could be getting a cold.
Could this be ovulation? I am Confused by what my body is doing lol
Any advice would be a great help. xx

Slight cramping could mean your ovulating but honestly have no idea if the sore throat means anything, have you noticed any change in cm?

Perhaps you could try using some opks to help you see any patterns with your ovulation. It's hard to say whether the cramping was from Oing or something else. For me, I cramp only for a little while during O - maybe 15 minutes.
