Recurrent UTIs - help

For some reason, I keep getting UTIs. I had 2 last month (or 1 long one that didn't clear up with antibiotics) treated with 2 types of antibiotics. After I finished the antibiotics I started taking Cranberry extract tablets to keep it at bay. Well! I think it's back. For the past week or so, whenevr I pee it tingles when I finish and for a little while after. Also a bit of abdominal pain - although that could be anything I suppose. I do everything I should, pee after sex, drink LOADS of water. What the hell is wrong with me?!?!
