Red, flaky patches around nipples?

Anyone else get anything like this? They've only cropped up over the last week or so. They seem to be small and round and sometimes they itch a little bit. Got them on both boobs. The nipples themselves are a bit flaky too, and some of the dry bits on them are yellowish.

I've suffered from seborrhoeic dermatitis for years and the red patches look similar, but I've never had them appear on my areolas before.

Sounds a bit like psorasis i seem to have sprouted about 10 patches between my chest and tops of arms, annoying arent they. Think it's quite common if you've had any dermatitis problems in the past
