regular periods?

how long after coming off the pill did it take for your periods to regulate? ive been off 3 months now and I seem to be bleeding every 15-20 days. I need a little hope

4 months and still hadn't got AF. Everyone is different but my doc just said up to a year. Is it always full on bleeding? U sure its not ovulation spotting?

I was off BC for a year and my cycles were completely random, so I went back on for a year or so. My second time coming off BC, my cycles were pretty normal immediately. So it just depends, I think. If it doesn't even out after a few months, talk to your doc, maybe they can suggest a way to even out your cycles?

it has alwys been really light period, how ever this morning I have woke up and its a full on period with red not brown blood. looks like my first proper period is here and somthing in the past might have been ovulation bleeding. its just so frustrating as when I came off pill to concieve ds, it wasnt like this at all. I had really long cycles then
