Hiya everyone, not posted in here for a while but really need some advice.

Does anyone know much about how to get these, what I need to prove and if it's difficult to get? I'm looking to take FOB to court and get these Order's put in place to protect me and LO.

I'd really appreciate any advice :flower:

Sorry no advice. Have you thought about talking to the CAB??

I think you need to go to the police if violence has been reported. Other than that, you need to see a solicitor. If you are getting any kind of income support, you get free legal aid. Check with CAB as well. They'll point you in the right direction :flower:

Thanks. The police know and I have contacted a solicitor. Have an appointment in 2 weeks.
I was more wondering if anyone had any information on the orders. Especially in Scotland. Because most of the information online is about English law.
Thanks for your replies and support x

Here's something on stalking and harassment: https://www.scotland.gov.uk/Publications/2002/11/15756/13116

And how to place an order: https://www.ehow.co.uk/how_6759283_place-restraining-order-scotland.html

You can also contact your local Victim Support Office. They should be able to guide you further too.
