Hi everyone

Wow that's a lot of acronyms lol! Just wondering about the safety of drinking RLT and taking EPO after a c section as I am hoping for a VBAC. Has anyone done this/is doing this and know when's best to start (a little early for me to ask I know but I just bought some RLT on sale at Holland and Barratt and it then occurred to me as a VBACer I might not be able to take it!!).

I've read conflicting advise online and will ask my MW next time I see her anyway but just wondering what others were doing or have done.

TIA

I'm buying some RLT tomorrow but will build it up slowly. Also trying for vbac btw.
I didn't use EPO last time though think I read it's not recommended for Vbac so I don't think I will this time either.

I didn't use either last time but don't think it would have helped me anyway as dd was back to back and brow presentation so she was stuck :-( I hadn't heard that EPO wasn't good for VBAC though.
When are you planning starting RLT?

This weekend as I'll b 32 weeks. Think I just read the EPO thing on here so not sure of source. Prob good idea to ask your midwife if you're thinking of it.
