Do any of you take this?

I heard about it being used for fertility a couple of years ago but never really thought about trying it myself. Then last month we were in Holland & Barretts getting OH his Wellman pills that he decided to try and we saw the Royal Jelly capsules.

This month we went to top OH up and I decided that as he's been so good with his pills, I'd give the Royal Jelly a go.

I took my first one this morning and although they are MASSIVE it wasn't too tricky. The one thing with it is you can't take them if you're allergic to bees or bee pollen/products.

Anyone know of any success stories from taking bee pollen? It's what the bees give the queen bee to make more baby bees, so hopefully it'll work giving us baby Bs.

Hi there - I started taking royal jelly last month and was impressed that it increased my CM considerably to the point that my hub even noticed it. Like you, I am taking the capsules - 100mg three times a day with food. There are a few success stories on the other BNB forums if you search 'royal jelly'. It usually takes three months to feel the full effects, apparently. Hope it works for you

Mine are the 500mg capsules so I'm just taking one a day at the moment. I did notice a bit more sticky CM this week, wonder if that's because of the royal jelly.

I've got a two month supply at the moment, hopefully it'll work before I need to buy another bottle.
