I'd say cut back to as few as possible, one in the morning, one at night and offer milk as she's almost one now and a story to cuddle and read to her instead when she ques she wants it.
If she's allergic to milk, there is almond milk which tastes like breastmilk in my opinion (I tried mine to know the difference between spoiled expressed and fresh as it doesn't always smell bad).
But if she's already down to just morning and night feeds slowly cut them of by offering something else and cuddles such as a book or movie as some just like the closeness.
I haven't yet dealt with weaning but I know a friend who did and did what I mentioned above. Hope it works out for you!
