Salt and sugar

Do you know what is considered low in both salt and sugar?? I know under 1's can't have more than 1g of salt per day but on a label today I saw 0.35 is that considered under 1g? sorry if I seem abit thick lol

Yes it is under 1g. But remember that all the food over the course of the day adds up. So it's not just that one individual item that counts!

and you have to be careful about if it's per 100g and how many there are in what you're giving them...!

I hate salt, it worries me!!
