salt dough....

hand prints and foot prints.

do you have a method of doing them?

iv just done some with LO and even tho the toes and fingers are deep enough the palm and sole of the foot are not! i pushed as hard as i could on his foot (without hurting him!)

how do i do it?!

any suggestions?!

my dad made salt doughs proffesionally.
have you got the oven setting on the lowest possible setting??
usually if its too high they can rise.
also maybe try those beans you use to make flans or pie cases.
Theyre like hard beans to put at the bottom of th pastry to stop em rising.
so i suppose you could do this but dont push em in just keep em in the imprint!

i did some more and made him stamp his foot on them lol they came out much better xx
