Samsung Tab won't charge

So, got my DD a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 for Xmas, a week later the thing won't charge.

Tried different wall sockets and also USB port, nothing!

Anyone know what the issue could be or who I contact? It was from amazon so do I contact them or Samsung?

Not very impressed that it's only a week old and no doubt she'll have to go without it for at least a week now.

Have you tried a different cable? It's usually those that are faulty

Ah really?

I've emailed amazon and they've told me to return for a refund and re purchase but as they don't have any in stock, I'll have to pay an extra £14 from another seller :growl:

I was going to give samsung a ring but I'll see if I can get hold of another cable first

Was going to say the same, I got one for xmas and the cable I got with it didn't work, I tried another one and it works fine xx

Yes honestly try that first, I've had quite a few faulty cables
