So, got my DD a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 for Xmas, a week later the thing won't charge.
Tried different wall sockets and also USB port, nothing!
Anyone know what the issue could be or who I contact? It was from amazon so do I contact them or Samsung?
Not very impressed that it's only a week old and no doubt she'll have to go without it for at least a week now.
