scan at 5+6 - what should i expect to see?

Hi everyone.
Had some very slight spotting last night (which has thankfully stopped now) so have been referred to the epu for a transvaginal scan on Thursday morning (due to my history). Providing all is well, what should i expect to see this early on? Very nervous

At 5+6 you should see a gestational sac wit a fetal pole and yolk sc inside ou may it may not see a heartbeat. Hope that helps and fingers crossed the spotting is nothing to worry over x
