i had a still born when i was at 36 weeks :( ... its been about a month now and my husband was telling me today that as soon as my 6 weeks is over he would like to try again ....
i really want a baby but one im scared outta my head that it will happen again.. and two ... i dont know if i should be tryin again so soon....

anyone have any advice? .. every day i think about getting pregnant again and it just scary...

No advice as I guess it's so personal - you will have these feelings whenever you try again but trying before you are ready might be stressful while the greif is so fresh - def talk your feelings thru with your oh.

I am so sorry for your loss - it must be so devistating I can only start to imagine :hugs:

hey hun,

firstly i am so so sorry for your loss (hugs)
secondly, i dont no the reasons for your loss but if it was a high risk pregnancy im sure the hospital would take EXTRA care with you this time to make sure it doesnt happen again, maybe you could go see your doctor and have a chat with him about concieving again, see if he can provide you with extra support or additional information?
best of luck to you xxx

sorry for your loss sweetie x

its nice to hear that your H wants to try again, it was my fear when I had my mmc that it would change H's mind, however at the time I wasn't ready, its a huge thing to do, to pick yourself up and try again. You have to be ready tho, so does your body (however everyone said to me that your body will not accept another pregnancy until it is ready, I don't know how true that is)

The loss you had so far along in the pregnancy will no doubt fill you with fear about trying again, I don't know what the reason was but I would imagine that they will take extra care of you, you will never forget the baby you lost but if you want to try again then go with it, lean on your H for support and somehow you will get through it xxxxxxxx

Hunni why dont you speak to the fab girls in the stillbirth/neonatal loss section they have threads on exactly what you are saying.

Im so sorry for your loss and I hope you manage to heal soon xx

Oh hun, I am so sorry for your loss. I really am :hugs:
I dont have any advice hun, but I think you just have to do what you think is best for you. Ive been through a pregnancy after I lost my little girl Sophie and im not going to lie, it was a tough time and I was always worried-he died when he was 2 days old  but Im sure the hospital will do everything they can for you.
