Scared to ask this

So I'm 17wks 5d prego and I've heard the heart beat it was 150 the nxt time diff day was 148 then yesturdsy it's in my notes 142 but I recorded it and it was jumping 142 150 156 then in the notes 142. I can't really feel much movement I thought I could. But midwife said she has no concerns and the heart beat should fluctuate, has anyone else had this?

Completely normal love. The same way ours would if we were more active. I've only been feeling proper movements for the last week or so.
When is your next scan? Perhaps your placenta is on the front as this can cushion some kicks x

I agree, totally normal! My youngest had a heart rate ranging from the 120s to around 180, mostly in the 140s xxxx

That's a normal heartbeat.

Think how slow yours is when you first wake up, then how much faster it gets when you become more active throughout the day

Baby is the same, think how much of the day babies sleep for!
