Scared to have sex!

I'm glad someone has posted this, we've not had sex since finding out we we're pregnant. I'm 13 weeks today and it's bothering me more than OH. I've said after our scan which is today we will try. I had a bleed at 5 weeks and I know that sex doesn't cause mc but I too will start freaking out if I bleed after.
My OH is quite well endowed and he worries if we do it it'll reach the baby I've explained he's not THAT big and baby won't come out with a bruised head. So fxed I will get some loving soon Xx

Well, our libidos got the best of us! We dtd last night, and again this morning. It was awesome. No cramping or bleeding after either time, and we didn't really hold back. I found it was easier if I was on top, because I could kind of angle him passed my cervix, rather than into it. (DH is quite well-endowed, too, if that eases anyone's fears.)

We've dtd once since finding out and hubby is tired of not getting it. He didn't get it with the pregnancy with our son because it was so uncomfortable for me. I'm thinking I'll give in tonight tho since it's been a week. He counts. Its so annoying.

So glad someone posted about this. We haven't dtd since I've found out I was pregnant (hubby was out of town at the time too-that contributed). I was googling it last night... I'm so nervous to do anything to mess with this! After ttc for 9 months, I'm definitely being a crazy about everything I do.

Ummm, at least you ladies feel like having sex, I'm tired all the time and my sex drive is low (I want it all the time when I'm not pregnant, lol). I feel so bad because hubby really wants some and says that I look even sexier now that I'm pregnant! Soooo we're going on a little weekend trip and I'm thinking that a change of scenery and the nice hotel room will help put me in the mood. I mean I feel like it doing it sometimes and the feeling quickly goes away, smh, aargh

We managed to have sex this morning for the first time in a couple of weeks! Side by side works out to be a very nice position, no pressure on the uterus, not too deep penetration, and easy to do when you're half asleep.

I had a chemical in November, so I know the concern. At five weeks you are safe, I believe from a chemical. Apparently after 5 weeks, the chance of mc goes down quite a bit, then again when heartbeat is seen, then again of course after 12 weeks... Hope it makes you feel better to know you have passed the first milestone!

me and hubby didn't DTD again after LOs conception and it was 7 months after he was born before we did again!

We wont be doing it again this time round, just our personal choice, my sister enjoyed sex during her pregnancy and all was fine, so its really down to you, your medical history etc...

do what feels right for you hun xxx

Nope, a chemical preg is when baby doesn't attach enough and becomes loose-in this case, you will never get darker pg tests/rising hcg levels! I also worry that there might not be anything there in my first scan... there's no winning when it comes to worry, eh?

Ohh, I retract my whole 'the wait was worth it' thing. I had a very small bit of very light brown spotting today-likely from the sex we had last night-not worth the worrying LOL At least not for me... like I said, can't win!
