Scotch Eggs??

Hello, I have posted in pregnancy club too but thought I would post here too. Not that I am desperate

Just wondering if its ok to eat scotch eggs during pregnancy?

I have been told by friends thats its not safe to eat but they cant tell me why...now when I am the shops I really really want one...and over the last few weeks I have been thinking about them more and more

I guess the boiled egg should be ok, the sausage meat...possibly and breadcrumbs should be fine so I cant understand why?

God I really want one...

As long as it's made with pasturised egg it should be fine

:O why o why did i read this thread =[ I really want one now!! I didnt think we was allowed them either!! Im too scared to eat eggs incase theyre not cooked properly so i havent eaten one egg since finding out (obvo had cooked things with egg in but not an actual egg haha) xxx

i would think theyre ok as long as they are reheated thoroughly!

i have been BAD craving them aswell, and pork pies haha, but i cant have them because i dont want them reheated and i am far too paranoid to have them and not reheat them lol
