Hi all!
Would you like to meet a mum from:
Camberwell, Dulwich, Nunhead, Peckham, Walworth, Elephant & Castle, Forest Hill, Crystal Palace, Tulse Hill, Herne Hill, Brixton, Kennington or nearby?
This a meet up group for mums with older school-age children aged 5-9yrs old. It has been set up due to a real lacking in parent/child meet-up groups for children older than pre-school age.
About me:
I've previously been too busy for socialising properly with other mums or integrating my six year old Son into friendship groups. I am finally able to give more time to this, and I'm in the process of arranging group meet-ups for a range of free and paid activities.
Depending on the outcome I hope to arrange regular play-dates (possibly even take turns hosting the children at each house - but only if there aren't hundreds of us!) and weekly outings to afterschool clubs, parks and museums.
If you have a child aged between 5-9yrs and you'd like to meet me and other mums, message me to let me know your availability. I will also try to put mums with the same aged children or living in nearby areas in contact.
You are of course welcome to bring younger or older siblings of your children, and if your child is the wrong side of 5-9yrs please still feel free to attend!
I want the focus to be on the children (and us!) making friends more than anything else.
