Hi ladies,

I'm hoping you guys may have some suggestions regarding seat belts. I've noticed that the lower belt hits my bump in such a way that it is uncomfortable and I actually feel little twinges of pain. This happens in both my car when driving and as a passenger in DHs car. I've tried pulling the belt as far down my hips as I can but it doesn't make much of a difference. I'm not sure if it matters but I'm on the shorter side at 5'2". I'm contemplating getting a small pillow to stuff in there to relieve some of the pressure between my bump and the belt. I was wondering if any of you ladies have any suggestions. Thanks! :flower:

You could do that, or get a seat belt extender. That would put less tension on the belt, might make it easier to wear lower. If u don't want to spend the money, they make Velcro wraps that go around the belt. I use mine up near my neck so the belt doesn't rub there, but it might work in the lower part of the belt.

How about something like this?

I have the same bump belt that the previous poster linked to and I find it works well - i'm not much taller than you (5' 4") so it should be fine :)

Hi

I was given a bump belt from a colleague at work. It is great. I'm only short but it does the trick. I think you can buy them from mothercare or online but I recommend it.
