Seeking advice, could I be pregnant?

Ok so I know I'm probably just way too hopeful but yesterday I had a nosebleed for an hr in a half, though it wasn't heavy in flow at all still a nosebleed which I never get. Today I threw up which never happens to me either. I finished my period not too long ago but even that was weird. It was a decent flow normal length but I had no cramps what so ever which I always get it was a very smooth aunt flow visit (wish all my periods were like that.) After my period ended it still felt as though I was having one but was having mild cramps after the fact. Am I just delusional and just really am overthinking things or maybe just maybe there may be hope that I am pregnant?.....Please Ladies if you have any insight or had recent or past experiences please share.

That is pretty odd...hmm. Who knows, the female body is so crazy. It could be that you're PG or maybe your hormones are just out of wack this month. Crossing my fingers that you are PG though!!
