Nah proberly jsut bump haveing a growth spurt, I have this occasional thing were If I stand to quick I feel a tugging pain by my belly button almost like something insides pullin, but have been assured its normal

I get that too, but really only once or twice a day. Mostly at the end of the day when I walk to the station for some reason. I'm guessing it's some sort of stretching thing?
