hi girls, well im in shock, woke up at 1.00am this morning with pains, was sick a bit and knew this was it, left the house at 1.30 and at 2.20 my son entered the world, i was rushed into admissions and my waters went so put in a delivery room, had 30 seconds of gas and air and the midwife was on her way, my partner started to take my trousers off and there was our sons head, i did try telling them!!! ha ha. i didnt even push really he just came out!!! was in shock, ha ha. he was 7 pound 5 and we called him alfie not corey as planned. was home by 7 this morning after a pitt stop at macdonalds! my 17 month old doesnt know what to think!!

OMG!!!!! Amazing - HUGE congratulations!!

My contractions just don't seem to hav got started properly again this morning - had a couple but thats it, but had lots of twinges and tightenings so keeping myself busy making a stew and re-checking my hospital bag and hopefully they'll start again soon - little minx is teasing me I think!!!

blake has started going backwards with feeds. he was taking 3oz 3hrly, he's now taking 3oz 2hrly. this probably means he wants more BUT when i give him 4oz he is sick so i have no idea.

i'm back from the midwives with news that baby still isn't engaged! booked in for sweep on 5th october! she didn't seem very hopeful hat anything would happen in next week.

looks like i'm going to be one of the last sept embryo's! will be talking to myself on here soon!

Wow!! That is one eager baba!!!
I hope I get a nice quick one - still hoping for a natural delivery on Thurs despite my induction being immovable - midwife this morning reckons they might let me off with just a sweep on Wed night....

I've had my baby boy named Jacob Nathan on 21/09, 2 days early! He weighed 7lb 13oz! He is gorgeous but ive had a bit of a tough time since but on the mend now thankfully! xxx

bored bored bored...still no baba!...one of my old friends turned up outta the blue this mornin to meet baba....i was still in bed n babyless lol...oh well had a nice catch up n e way

need a kip now though all this skulking around feeling sorry for myself is making me sleepy lol...pluss if i spend most of my time asleep then i'll be less cranky with ppl and nice and refreshed when lil' man decides to show up xx

So I had my little man 6 days ago now and I am soooooooo in love with him
My birth story is a long one (it was far from an ideal experience) so hopefully I'll get around to writing it up soon but for now, thanks to Misswren for updating you all and here's a pic of my darling. Will try to get back chatting on here ASAP!

Congrats to stargazer too, and trusty facebook tells me Rees is the proud mummy of baby Tegan. I will do page one in a bit as I have just awoken from a longer-than-planned nap and need to stretch my back and see me nippers!!!

Anyone know what is going to happen to this thread once September is over? Is it going to be moved to the Baby Club board?

AFM I seem to be feeding Lennox a lot lately! He acts like he is never full! Is he having an early growth spurt? He also hasn't slept through the night Since Wednesday. Friday was my 36th birthday and I only had 2-3 hours of sleep that day because Lennox would not sleep. He was very cranky cuz he was tired, but every time he'd fall asleep I'd put him in his crib and he'd wake up pretty much right away. So it was a sucky day, but not just because of that, but because My oldest didn't even remember it was my birthday so he never even realized it.

Also that day, my dh went in for a consultation for his vasectomy. It put me in a foul mood because even tho I know I don't want to have any more children it made me so sad to know that if he gets it done there won't be a chance to have any more if we ever change our minds. I didn't think he was serious about getting it done, so the realization of Lennox being my last only hit me then.

As for my older children they just love their little brother. My twins are always rubbing his forehead and kissing him. They also are the first ones to run into the room when he cries. For a few days tho They wanted me to put him back in my belly so that they could sit on my lap. I told them that I cannot do that, but I can move him to one side so they can take turns sitting with me. That has helped!

BFing was going great up until this weekend when Lennox has decided he wants to eat more often so I got sore nipps. They are finally feeling better as I only had to feed him every 3 hours during the night and this morning. He's napping right now that's why I'm on here. Not to mention my dh went back to work today and he can be quite the computer hog.

I need to get some pics on here!

After my excitement last night - absolutely bloody NOTHING!!

Few twinges and tightening and lots more of my bloody show but that is is - soooo frustrating, I am hoping it won't be long though and am just trying to keep in mind that little lady will be here by the weekend

I hope everyone else is doing okay and keeping their chins up despite these naughty lazy babies

Can you guys believe there are only a couple days left in Sept? Doesn't it seem like just yesteday it was August? Maybe it seems to be flying faster for those who already have their lil lovies.
