Severe cramp like pain on one side- 36 weeks

I woke up in the middle of the night with severe cramp like pain on my lower left abdomen. It went away within a minute and I went back to sleep. Haven woken up this morning I'm now wondering if this is normal or if I should call the triage midwife. I haven't felt any kicks this morning- but this is not unusual as my lo is usually quiet until the evening after dinner

hi dear wasnt that gas.. like gas pains . i sometimes have them from trapped gas. am not sure...get in touch with MW

I get them occasionally Mazzy! I assumed they were just stretching pains but wouldn't hurt to phone your midwife!

i also get them but they last a while i assume LOs on a nerve:/ as the pain does go
