does anyone find that sex hurts now your pregnant. i have a really high sex drive and last nite when we had sex it was weird it wasnt painful as such just uncomfortable. ill be gutted if its like this all the way through. what positions do people find comfortable

erm, i didn't find it uncomfortable, alot of people do, but i had to stop cause my cervix was weak haha

Its not uncomfortable but Ive found I get terrible stomach cramps afterwards which is odd. Sorta put me off a bit.

I haven't had that problem thankfully. Sex drive has gone up like crazy (the sensitive nipples helps!) DH is pretty happy about it, lol

A lot of women are more sensitive down there when pregnant. It'd due to hormones and an increase in bloodflow to the area. I had a lot of trouble with this too with my daughter (although not this one so far- haven't been in the mood since I found out I was pregnant- been SICK). Anyway, try positions that are minimal penetration, or where you have control of how deep he goes. Spooning is a good one for this (him behind you, laying on your sides). Tell him not to go too deep. For most women it seems to be more sensitive the deeper ya go! GOOD LUCK HUN! So much going on when pregnant, it can get frustrating!

It was painful for me a few weeks ago, almost like my DH was too big! He was kind of proud I think when I told him that! lol

I've since calmed down though and am starting to get the sex drive back. Don't know why it was painful. Could have been I was just paranoid and not relaxed.

yep it seems more sensitive for me too, my sex drive has gone down since ive been pregnant i just cant realax alltho when i get in from work all i wanna do is sleep

I know me too. Ive always had a really low sex drive anyway, but this is ridiculous. We've done it like 4 times in the past 7 weeks. Horrrendous

Sex for me hurt bad the other day. It made me super bloated and it hurt on the inside. I'm not looking forward to that again anytime soon. My sex drive is up and my DH's is always up so this kinda stinks.

At first I was scared, but then we tried and it really hurts sometimes too but then when I relaxed it was ok. Not as enjoyable as it used to be but hopefully it will return to normal once the baby is born!

We have stopped it for the first trimester. Will see how it goes later. I am very protective this time though i know sex doesnt hurt but i am just like this since i miscarried previously
