It looks like it might be, is it itchy and painful in that area?
I would go the doctor right away! Most shingles medications are only effective if taken within a certain amount of time from then the break out began.

ohh hun they could be.. I had them once when my daughter caught the chicken pox! They come from the same virus.. have you recently been exposed to the pox?
You can only get shingles if you've had the chicken pox already though.
THEY HURT!!! I hope its not them!

It could be, I had it in late pregnacy

I cant see in the pic but are there alot of blisters?
Once you have had Chicken pox you can get shingles at any time, normally if you are run down but the blisters have the chicken pox virus in them so dont let Eli near it.

That's how I got shingles the 2nd time 'round. I let myself get really run down at work. Shingles are definitely no fun! They're both itchy and painful.

Shingles is very painful, usually starts with nerve pain. If it is shingles you will feel pain on around that whole site. It will also only affect one side of your body because it goes along the nerve line. I have never had it but I see it all the time at work. That looks a little more like a heat rash or a chemical burn maybe from bleach or something?
