shooting pains

Since yesterday ive been getting shooting, stabbing pains in my belly mostly to the right of my belly button, i was givin 12 pessaries for thrush but only used 2 as it was causing me to spot a little so i decided to skip yesterday to see if its irritation, i dont think i'l bother with the rest of the pessarys im to paranoid to spot, anyways does anyone know what the stabbing pains are?

You really shouldn't skip the medicine for thrush. Thrush can cause pre term labor if left untreated. And I've justified my stabbing pains as round ligament
