should i be concerned

hi am 7+4 weeks preg with my third. I woke about 2am with bad stomach cramps. I tried get bk sleep couldnt so just before 3 took paracentmol threw up by 3.15. In loo while emptying bowel. Then decided go in shower with on stomach soth ache. As soon got out was stronger. I eventually managed to sleep. I had early scans due abdo pain with both prev pregs. Blamed my ibs as baby was in womb. i had my booking on thurs. Should i call ward or leave it. Nxt times 12wk scan. I had bad back ache few weeks ago in pelvic bones, remnded me my second labour. Am feeling quezzy and tummy niggly but handable.i dont drive so ill have bug oh (whos already mmad about preg, financial probs but he did say am not gettin ride it) id ahve go hodp which is 30-40 mins away as its weekend plus got 2yr 3month old an 14.5 month old an no one knows am preg yet(id get murdered).

I have ibs and get terrible spasms too. They r at times similar to the cramping I got whilst miscarrying in November but its genuinely just ibs cramps.

Try not to worry. Try some warm baths and rest. By all means calls ur maternity hospital and just get some advice to stop you worrying.
