I only feel the baby kick low down in my abdomen but only on the left hand side? Im slightly worried, bubs kicks all day but its always in the same place???

Hi I'm 21 weeks tomorrow - I've been feeling baby for a while now and is always low and on left, - went for scan today and was surprised to hear that legs are down on bottom right, bottom up by my belly button and head and arms down in the lower left, couldn't believe baby was spread out so much when I can only feel it in lower left. So I think you shouldn't worry, I've no idea why we're only feeling it there!! My placenta is at front and maybe its thicker in the other areas so I can't feel through - you may be same.

Don't worry hun!!

Hi, I know it is hard not to get worried but I don't think it is anything to worry about hun. At 19 weeks baby is still really tiny and busy growing. I have only just recently felt my baby girl moving further up rather than on my left side, but I do still have a lop-sided bump to my left lol. I am sure baby will be kicking your ribs in no time :) x

thanks hunny. I was sooo scared. I will see what position Bubs is in on my 20 week scan, makes sense that placenta could be thicker on one side than the other? x

It confused me a little too when I was just feeling kicks low down and on my left side, maybe baby is just comfy there? :) As long as baby is dancing away then I am sure everything is just fine :flower: x
