Both of my scans measured 3 days ahead, which I know is impossible as I've said in other threads, but I've heard scans can be off by about 3 or 4 days, so its totally normal

but I'm wondering should I start going by my scan dates even though I know they're 3 days ahead?

I'm one of the few people who knows their actual date of conception,
and it gives me May 12 as my due date
but the scan would give me Mother's Day as my due date.
I'm not sure:dohh:

At 19 weeks, your dating scan be as much as two weeks off. Babies are born at different measurements and there is no one measurement for every baby.

If you know your conception date, use that.

Though, if it makes any difference and you come to your due date and get those questions as to if you have had the baby yet you can use this date to get them off your back. Just be like "Oh no, I stuffed up the dates, he's not even due for a few days":D

I know exactly my conception day too and from the start they have put me a week ahead of what i know im not..... i just dont understand it and give up telling them im not that far ahead :nope:

Same, I guess like the above poster said, every baby develops differently,
maybe we're just having big babies :laugh2:
