Should I test? *TMI*!!

Morning all,

Firstly, this might be a little gross so be warned!

I was on my TWW and had decided for once to actually wait until I'd missed a period beore I tested (AF due Tuesday). Monday I had a little bit of cramping but nothing major, thought AF was arriving but Tuesday morning when I got up there was nothing. I always start first thing and know immediately when I wake up that she's arrived but at about 10am I went to the loo and noticed when I wiped that AF arrived which was strange but I just thought that's me out for this month, however... It's definitely not a regular period. I'm not bleeding at all really, its just lots and lots of bloody EWC but when I go to the loo there isn't anything else and I'm not bleeding during the day, just this same bloody EWC when I wipe. Anyone any ideas or thoughts?? Is it unlikely that I'm pregnant if AF arrived (albeit strangely!) on the day she was due or could it be possible??

There's definitely a chance, especially as it's so different to your normal period!

That sounds like implantation bleeding, so I would definitely test. Remember, it's better to test first thing in the morning when your urine is concentrated.

I would retest in a couple days because if it is implantation bleeding it takes a few days for the hcg to build up and be present in your urine, which then a hpt will be more accurate .. Just don't want you to get a false result ..good luck

Thank you ladies! I'd trawled the internet for an answer but nothing like a bit of tailored advise! I tested at lunch time the other day but got a neg However period only lasted two days and really wasn't normal at all so I hope you guys are right. I'll wait until tomorrow morning and test again. Fingers and toes crossed
