Show me your playroom

We have decided we are going to do an extension next summer and while the children are young we are going to use it as a playroom!

I'm so excited to do it and want it to be perfect!

I'd love to see anyone's playrooms to get some ideas for both decoration and storage

This is Daniels playroom.

The TV is wall mounted and the remote kept on one of the high shelves so that we have control on when and what goes on.
We got the sofa for £48 on Ebay!! Its perfect for reading stories, or for me to sit and wait for my dinner to be cooked for me on the play kitchen.

Down the other end is a blackboard wall

The frames are clip frames, to make it easier to swap out his artwork.

My husband is a bit of a techy (we met while working backstage at our local theatre - his hobby is theatre lighting). He put some M10 fixing bolts into the ceiling, which means we can do things like put a mini lighting bar up for partys (or if Daniel wants to perform a show on his stage!!)
