I have an Eve and wouldn't pick Adam because of that reason, but I think with Ava it's completely fine, I wouldn't have even connected the two in that sense 😀

I actually never even made that connection Eve and Ava although look similar sound quite different

Adam and Ava sound cute together and I think most people will probably assume you are just going with an A theme rather than anything else

I think it is totally fine using Ava and Adam for siblings, I wouldn't use Adam and Eve together but Ava is different enough imo
