Yeah so I get morning nausea, literally morning, like any time with an AM attached to it. On the stroke of midnight last night it started. I tried to stay up to watch children in need but had to go to sleep to escape the vom.

Yesterday when i got up, i went in to go get my shower, but had to come back and lie down cos i was wretching so bad. That lasted until noon, then nothing!

I bought a packet of rich tea biscuits and i've been snacking on them, not making a blind bit of difference.

Anyone else got it bad?

Hi Steph!

I just found out that I am pregnant (this morning!). Yesterday, I had bad nausea off and on for about four hours. Would this be classed as 'morning sickness' or would I have just been a bit off colour?

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW

CONGRATS POPPY!!!

sorry if i missed the thread,

i think its a bit early for it hun, maybe nerves?xx

I didnt think ginger helped at all, but mint imperials did. Different for eveyone I guess.

I had it quite bad, but not as bad as a few people I know.

xxx

I havent felt any nausea until now. I heard that chewing dried fruit like ginger or even having ginger biscuits is good!

I have it all day and all night long. It's very annoying. If I go anywhere in the car it gets ten times worse. I keep thinking, just another week, just another week...I hope! I hope it lessens for you

I find that something will help me for a couple of days and then I'll go off it completely....so basically, most mornings I just have to wait til I go to a shop to buy something! Lemonade seems to have stayed a staple for me though!

I'm not actually vomiting which worries me a bit but I feel incredibly queasy all the way through the day...it seems to get better for a little bit then it just comes back over in a wave again. Not fun!

At least it's a good kind of sickness!

i'm the same as you Bethanylee, im not phsyically sick, which is truly worse than being sick itself
