Silly OT: What did you eat today?

Happy birthday bananaz! :)

Breakfast -
2x weetabix with semi skimmed milk and a sprinkle of sugar

Lunch -
Warburtons sandwich thin, flora mayo and ready salted crisps,
Low fat cherry yoghurt
Small bag of cadburys chocolate buttons
Pepsi max

Dinner -
3 slices of pepperoni pizza, alphabet potato shapes, mayo
Pepsi max

Snack -
Cup of tea 1 sugar
Treatsize bag of maltesers


I've felt guilty at all the crap I've eaten the last few days so ordered loads of fruit salad and veg in the shopping lol x

Cornflakes and soymilk

Lunch
2 hard boiled eggs
Salad with feta

Snacks
5 apples :blush:
2 hot chocolates

Dinner
A bowl of homemade pumpkin soup

Had to skip for glucose test

Lunch:
Granola raspberry pancake with yogurt in place of butter and syrup
Scrambled eggs

Snacks:
Whole grain cereal with almond milk
Banana
Apple

Dinner:
Grilled chicken salad with avocado and fried zucchini

Snack:
Applesauce
Red raspberry leaf tea
 
Breakfast
Coco pops!..A lovely big bowl with lots and lots of cold milk! <3

Lunch
Felt nauseous so skipped it and went to bed :(

Tea
Tuna pasta bake and a few chips :) & Maybe another fab lolly for pudding!

Snacks
2 litres of coke..:dohh:..Cant live without my coke thesedays! <3

L - Fish fingers, sweetcorn, brocolli and carrots
D - Chicken, ratatouille & cous cous

Just had some strawberry porridge!

Snack: 1 pear, handful of peanuts

Lunch: HUGE salad with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, avocado, radishes, feta and chickpeas

Dinner: Caprice salad with buffalo mozzarella, stew with cabbage and ground soy meat

Treat: 2 mini chocolate eggs :blush:

Sounds like a yummy, healthy day! Now I'm craving Raisin Bran...
 
Okay ladies, prepare to feel wonderful about yourself compared to what I've eaten today!

Breakfast: 2 cinnamon rolls. Coffee with Baileys (non-alcoholic :p) toffee almond creamer.
Handful of Special K Chocolate Delight dry cereal.

Lunch: One hotdog with baked beans on top. Ice pop.

Snacks: tiny bag of Doritoes. 5 peanut butter and honey crackers. Like 70 jelly beans....

Supper: Chinese takout honey chicken with brown rice. 2 ice pops for dessert. Bites of hubbys popcorn.

Not ONE thing healthy today!!
 
Hehe actually does make me feel quite well behaved! But I've had far worse days in the last six months! Had a half a kilo of chocolate day :nope: and many 2 litres of ice cream days

Haha, we all have those days! I hope you enjoyed it! It's a good thing there aren't any decent Chinese restaurants around here, otherwise I'd probably be having a lot more of those days :haha:
 
Yesterday was pretty heavy on the junk for me too lol x

2x big glasses of blackcurrant squash

Mini cheese and tomato pizza and micro chips with mayo

Snack -
Chocolate mini roll
Glass of full fat coke

Dinner -
Homemade chicken tikka massala, chips and a cheese and garlic naan bread
Glass of full fat coke

Snack -
Cup of tea
Chocolate mini roll


Better make sure I eat some more nutritional stuff today lol.
