Silly OT: What did you eat today?

Breakfast: 2 spelt flour pancakes with homemade applesauce(no syrup)
Snack: 2 rice cakes with almond butter
Lunch: egg on whole wheat toast
Snack:coffee
Dinner: grilled chicken on rice noodles with cilantro/peanut dressing...my fav!!!
 
Breakie/Dinner -
Orange & Passionfruit J20
Slice of toast with lemon curd
Slice of toast with jam & butter

Snacks -
2 bags of french fries :/
Chewee bar

Tea -
Not feeling brill so probs wont have anything

 
Brekkie : 1.5 weetabix with hot milk

Lunch : one chicken wrap, bagel with cheese Nd cucumber

Snacks : cheese and onion crisps , 2 bars of chocolate

Dinner: Asian stuffed chappati made poorly by my MIL ( she does not really cook like I'm used to :/) I couldn't be bothered to cook today but I'm staying at my mums so I'm only eating a little bit so I can stuff my tummy with my mummy's yummy foooooood!!!

However I'm feeling noodles right now!!
 
Breakfast -
4x cream crackers with flora and dairylea
Low fat cherry yoghurt
2x glasses blackcurrant

Lunch -
2/3 packet of chicken super noodles, grated cheese and 2 slices of toast with flora
2x glasses blackcurrant

Dinner -
3 grilled sausages, mashed potatoes, baked beans, ketchup, glass of coke

Snack -
Wispa bar
Cup of tea with 1 sugar

Really need to go shopping!
 
I'm jealous of the ladies that have pancakes for breakfast!

I had:

Breakfast: Small bowl of cornflakes - the packet dregs!
Lunch: Small bowl of coco pops, a cup of decaf tea and a digestive biscuit
(I then went to the supermarket so hopefully tomorrow will be less breakfast heavy! :) )
Snack in car to NCT: Prepared fruit salad and a cereal bar
At NCT: Cup of tea, cup of coffee and two cookies
Dinner: Small portion of homemade (well using a paste) prawn thai green curry and a squash
Snack - Seriously thinking about a Fab now, but it's nearly midnight and Pip has been dancing like I've been on the red bull all day, so that's probably not too sensible. :)

Lunch:
Non dairy cheese quesadilla on whole wheat tortilla with home made bean dip
Sliced cucumber

Dinner:
Chicken chalupa, bean and beef taco
Small bit of soda

Snack:
Frozen yogurt
Green smoothie

Disappointed in myself for not eating as healthy but oh well. I do my best.

Snack: one cup of strawberry greek yogurt.

Lunch: Smart ones frozen lunch size pizza, green apple and a couple of pineapple chunks.

Snack: Bananna bread, water

Dinner: Chicken and colslaw, a few more pineapple chunks.

Doesn't sound like a lot to me. I really want strawberry greek yogurt now. I like it more than ice cream!
 
Strawberry greek yogurt is SOOO yummy. I pretty much eat it everyday.

Veggie and hummus wrap
Chips and salsa

Snack:
Apple with almond butter

Dinner:
Brown rice, cashews, veggies and veggie spring rolls

Snacks:
Toast
Honey Greek yogurt with almonds
 
Yesterday I had:

x2 weetabix and a cup of coffee
Greek Salad and some chips, orange juice
Turkey lasagna and a pot of fruit salad
Lots of orange squash and about 8 digestive biscuits throughout the day and as a midnight snack :blush:
 
I always feel ashamed when I come in here because I eat crap compared to you girls :haha:

Yesterday -

Breakfast -
Cup of tea 1 sugar

Lunch -
Pizza hut buffet, 2 slices of spice veg pizza, a slice of pepperoni and a slice of Hawaiian, lots of salad, potato salad, cheese and sweetcorn pasta, looooads of blue cheese dip!
Banoffee cookie dough dessert
3x glasses of Pepsi max!

Dinner -
Ready salted crisps and mayo sandwich, glass of sprite, cup of tea

Supper -
Micro chips and mayo sandwich
2x glasses of sprite

Shopping is arriving anytime so I'm going to force myself to have a healthier day today lol
 
Bootth - I know the feeling. I feel quite healthy until I see what everyone else eats and then I have to face up to the fact that half a packet of biscuits before lunch is not normal or healthy! :)
 
I do try but I'd have to make loads of separate meals and I cba to do that at the moment lol x

??? Probably a banana or another apple
 
I feel so unhealthy compared to everyone else!

Breakfast/Dinner (woke up late)
Wheetabix minis with milk.

Spaghetti Bolognese (cant spell)

Snacks/Drinks
Pint of water
Chewee Bar
Quavers
Glass of coke

Will have a smoothie later on in the evening
 
brekkie at 8am : coco pops bowl, banana, yogurt

lunch at 3pm: 4 pizza slices, small mac n cheese from pizza hut and tin of coke + an apple

4.30 Cup of RLT

5.30pm: salt and vinegar crisps, cornflake clusters

i'm really hungry right now :|

dont know what to have for dinner .......... :( might go and eat a yogurt and banana to pacify myself
