Breakfast:
Apple
Chocolate chip gluten free pancakes with butter and honey, scrambled eggs and Chicken sausage
Lunch:
Left over pasta with veggie sausage, zucchini, mushrooms and non dairy cheese
Dinner:
Burrito with beef, beans, veggies, guacamole and cheese on whole grain tortilla
Snack:
Chocolate fudge brownie frozen yogurt. Surprisingly healthy and delicious!
