Silly OT: What did you eat today?

Breakfast:
Apple
Chocolate chip gluten free pancakes with butter and honey, scrambled eggs and Chicken sausage

Lunch:
Left over pasta with veggie sausage, zucchini, mushrooms and non dairy cheese

Dinner:
Burrito with beef, beans, veggies, guacamole and cheese on whole grain tortilla

Snack:
Chocolate fudge brownie frozen yogurt. Surprisingly healthy and delicious!

Fat-free yogurt with Cheerios

Morning Snacks
Peanut butter granola bar
Bowl of cereal with soy milk

Lunch
Scrambled egg whites
Raisin toast with light cream cheese

Afternoon Snacks
Baby carrots
Whole grain waffle with apricot preserves

Dinner
Baked chicken breast
Mashed potatoes
 
Breakfast
Fat-free yogurt with Cheerios

Morning Snacks

Low fat cherry yoghurt
Cup of tea
Pepsi max

Lunch -
2 sandwich thins, flora, mayo, turkey and cucumber
Pear
Ready salted crisps
Pepsi max

Dinner -
Fish, chips and mushy peas, half a slice of bread
Diet coke

Snack -
Half a bag of wispa bites
More diet coke


Today is going to be reeeeally bad lol x
 
1 slice of toast
egg salad sandwich
a few mini cheese rolls (like sausage rolls but cheese inside instead)
home made veggie burger on a poppyseed bun with salad
scrambled egg & slice toast

I'm on hunger mode......

Coco pops!..Huge bowl full with lots of milk lol!

Lunch
A few nibbles of popcorn lol!

Dinner
Chips & Tuna pasta bake!

Snacks
Rest of the popcorn!..Managed to finish a packet to myself
Dr Pepper (Big bottle)
Milk (For acid!)

?? Probably some apple slices or a piece of toast with jam

Honey yogurt with blueberries and almonds

Lunch:

Decaf mocha frappuccino

Snack:
Banana, apple, spinach, kale smoothie

Dinner:
Broccoli and chicken pie

Snack:
Honey yogurt and almond poppy seed muffin

Medium skinny decaf caramel latte from costa

Dinner -
Half a pepperoni pizza
Alphabet potato shapes
Mayo
Pack of strawberry buttons from thorntons
Glass of full fat coke


Drank loads of diet coke yesterday too!
Starting out today with good intentions lol

Half a box of jelly tip ice cream :D

Having really bad sickness throughout pregnancy so i tend to throw up then eat more to get food in me for the little one or ill go the opposite & hardly eat anything but today ive had ...

Roasties

Snack:
Lemon curd on toast - big craving for this!

Pint of ribena - addicted to this since being pregnant

Bootth this reminds me of your posts in first tri! :haha: Mine just said cheese and apple juice in those days. :)

Yesterday I had

Breakfast: Cornflakes and a cup of coffee
Lunch: Gastro pub cheese burger, salad and chips, and an appletiser
Snack: Portion of M&S Mango and Pineapple chunks and a still lemonade
Dinner: Black taglitelli and seafood for a starter and then Hake and creamed spinach. Glass of pink fizz (it was my b'day) and lots of sparkling water.

Today:

Breakfast: Coffee and three biscuits
Lunch: McDonalds Cheese Quarter Pounder meal and a Fanta Orange
Dinner: A can of tinned peaches in their own juice - yes really. If you didn't know I was pregnant you'd think I was nuts! :blush:
Drinks: Squash and water


I can't believe I had such a posh and balanced day yesterday and then today was so bad. Also I NEVER eat burgers so to eat two in two days is just embarrasing. LOL!

D - Quorn peppered steak (steak?) :rofl: on a poppyseed bun with salad & onion rings

Bloody sickness seems to be appearing again! :( I feel okay today do far though! I could sit and eat everything on your last 2 days menu right now :haha: especially the McDonald's <_< xx
 
How annoying! On the upside it does prove you're coming towards the end now. Hope today stays good for you.

My McDonalds won me a free sundae and an apple pie, so that's pudding sorted tonight ;) I seriously want another can of peaches though. :blush: I have a real thing about fruit atm.
 
I don't know if LO is going through a growth spurt or what but I'm having one of those crazy hungry days where no matter how much I eat or how much water I drink my stomach is growling 30 minutes later! :wacko:

Thankfully OH is going to bring home a bunch of fresh fruits and veggies later so I will have more healthy snacking options soon...

??? Going out to a burger place so probably something naughty, though maybe I'll talk myself into a salad (but probably not :haha:)
