Silly OT: What did you eat today?

Today - well I've tried what can I say :haha:

Breakfast -
Cocopops with semi skimmed milk, glass of sprite

Lunch -
2 sandwich thins with flora, turkey, cucumber and mayo


Dinner -
Creamy garlic chicken Kiev, jacket potato with flora and abit of grated cheese, garden peas and mayo
More sprite
A wispa chocolate bar

Supper -
Bowl of Cocopops with ss milk
Innocent strawberry and banana smoothie

That's a pretty good day for me lol :haha:
 
After reading what you have ate i'm drooling.
Chicken kievs, wispa, sprite, coco pops! I could eat it all now!

Today I had

Brekkie: shredded wheat with few cheerios and full fat milk

Lunch: egg and beans on two toast, glass of oj and a packet of doritos

Dinner: king prawns and potato.curry,chappatis and rice
Pudding: grapes

Just got dh to get me some raspberry ripple ice cream and he picked the smallest bowl he could find, slack
 
AM: I've had x2 weetabix, a cup of coffee and half a packet of digestive biscuits.
Lunch: A cheese and sandwich spread sandwich - yum!
PM: A mug of decaf tea and a cereal bar
Dinner: Half a ham sandwich w/ mustard, a large orange and two caramel wafer thingys.
Drinks: A lot of orange squash

Anyone else really not fancy eating 'proper' food? I've made a curry for tonight and I have no interest in eating it! I also probably need to lay off the carbs and chocolates, though my valiant effort with the biscuits means the tin is now empty, saving me from eating more tomorrow! :haha:

Whole grain cereal (grape nuts) with almond milk and honey

Lunch:
Turkey, pesto, cheese sandwich
Carrots and celery
Decaf mocha frappuccino

Snack:
Pumpkin spice bread. YUM!

Dinner:
California rolls
Edamame

Snack:
Gluten free blueberry muffin
Yogurt
 
Breakfast: Porridge,
Lunch: cheese sandwich
Tea: vegetarian sausages, beans and scrambled egg with a slice of toast
Packet of crisps for a snack.
Fizzy pop during a hypo. :(
 
breakfast:
mushrooms on two slices of whole meal toast.

lunch:
dominoes pizza and garlic bread :/

afternoon snacks:
raspberry panna cotta
chocolate - quarter of an Easter egg

dinner:
nothing, too full up with dominoes!

all in all, a crap day for food. time for a detox now!
 
Poor you. With a bit of luck you don;t have too long now until that's finished with. I have a friend who carries fruit pastilles with him in case he has a problem. They're easy to eat and carry around just in case. x

Yesterday -

2 sandwich thins with flora cucumber turkey and mayo
Low fat raspberry yoghurt
Fanta zero

Snack -
Cup of tea and a chocolate mini roll

Dinner -
Mozzerella pizza

Snack -
Half a bag of thorntons white chocolate buttons and a glass of ss milk
 
Pinkie you don't eat that much! Some of us eat way more carbs and protein than you do which fills us up. This week I've mostly eaten terribly and could do with a few more of your veggie items myself!

Yesterday I had:

Breakfast: x3 weetabix, a cereal bar and a small cup of coffee
Lunch: Plain bagel and a mug of hot summerfruit squash
Snacks: Half a packet of chocolate hob nobs (I bought them for the electrician who failed to turn up, so I ended up eating loads throughout the whole day :blush:)
Dinner: Cheese burger and salad
Other drinks: About 8 glasses of diluted sqash and two cups of decaf tea and still I got BH last night!
 
So far today I have had:

2 bowls of coco pops

2 bananas

2 fun size milky way bars

1 packet of hula hoops

1 small chicken shish kebab (just grilled chicken, pitta, salad - no sauce)

That is just a warm up! I've got a whole afternoon/evening to get through so I'm sure I will add a lot more to that!

lol Doesn't look like much to me at all! I always feel like my food lists are 2-3 times longer than anyone else's here, but I just tell myself that my portion sizes must be smaller :dohh:

Morning Snacks
Protein bar
Raisin toast with LF cream cheese
Cereal with light soy milk

Lunch
Whole grain waffle toasted with slice of LF cheese

Afternoon Snacks
String cheese
Apple slices

Dinner
??? Either leftover lentil soup or mini-pizzas with fresh mozzarella and pineapple

Gluten free muffin
Cashews

Snack:
Trail mix

Lunch:
Turkey pesto sandwich

Snack:
Tea and yogurt

Dinner:
Bbq chicken and veggies

Bottle of coke

Lunch -
Jacket potato with cheese and mayo

Dinner -
2 cheese and bacon potato skins and 1 mozzerella dipper with sour cream
Garlic marinated chicken with cheesy mash and spring onions, peppers, onions and melted cheese,
Cookie dough cheesecake with ice cream
Few bites of a toffee popcorn sundae
3x glasses of coke
1x June bug
Few bites of Banoffee fudge

Snack -
Bottle of coke zero

Can't move now lol

Today I ate some real food, but still just want to eat sweet things rather than proper food:

A venison burger and salad and an oj
A time out bar and a tracker
A bottle of water and a non-alcoholic cider
 
Breakfast:
Bowl of Cheerios

Snack:
Smoothie
Chewy Bar

Tea:
Chicken fajitas & about 6 chips

Snack:
Jam on toast

Another day of feeling like crap and not wanting to eat :dohh:
