Silly OT: What did you eat today?

6am snack while nesting -
Cup of tea 1 sugar
2x small white choc chip cookies

Breakfast -
Low fat raspberry yoghurt
Strawberry and banana smoothie

Lunch -
2 sandwich thins with flora and light dairylea cheese slices
Pink and white
A huuuge bowl of fresh pineapple
Pepsi max

Snack -
1 Jaffa cake
Pepsi max

Dinner -
3x grilled sausages, mashed potatoes, loads of cauliflower cheese, (yum) garden peas and gravy
Pepsi max

Snack -
Half a wispa bar

Actually got my 5 a day today woo lol

Oh man, I miss Jaffa cakes so much! I wish they had them in the US. We have a similar brand called Pim's but it's just not the same :nope:

Only proper Jaffa cakes will do its not the same with supermarket brands etc! At least you don't have to pay nearly £2 for a butterfinger bar if you live in the us though :haha: and don't have to pay £7 for lucky charms!! xx

Warburtons sandwich pitta with flora, turkey ham, light dairylea slices and mayo, big portion of southern fried wedges and mayo
Pepsi max

Snack -
2 small white choc chip cookies and a big glass of apple juice!

Today was a sweets and carbs day, :haha: tomorrow will be healthier!
 
Breakfast - Porridge
Lunch - chicken salad sandwich from morrisons, we was at hospital. Packet of crisps.
Dinner - 2 vegetarian sausages, beans scrambled egg & toast

Then had another slice of toast a hour ago.

Yesterday I had:

Snack: Cereal Bar and a small coffee
Breakfast: A low fat raspberry yogurt, decaf tea and a packet of starbucks wafer biscuits
Lunch: Boots Shaper Range: Apple juice, smk salmon bagel and a packet of s&v twirl crisps
Dinner: A couple of slices of Regina pizza and several glasses of Tango
Other drinks: Squash, water and a nesqik strawberry milkshake made w/ skimmed milk.

Bootth - I love your food updates. They sound like my kind of days. :)

That's true. I will admit, I am a closet Lucky Charms addict :haha:

So far:

Breakfast: Porridge and a smoothie
Lunch: super noodles, crackerbread and lots of quality street
Drinks: Water

for tea i plan to have a lamb biryani and may treat myself to a Dr Pepper (may even have some fruit)
 
Breakfast - Weetabix minis with milk and a decaf cup of tea
Snack - Triple chocolate chip cookie and tortilla chips
Lunch - Chip butty with ketchup and diet coke

Its almost half 4pm and I'm having a roast dinner for tea, so there'll be chicken casserole, roast potatoes and veg yum yum
 
It should be more like what HAVEN'T I eaten today as I seem to have managed to eat 3 packets of crisps (chips) as well as my meals so far and it's only 4pm... oh well!!!

I was bust cleaning yesterday do when I did eat I just pigged out :dohh: I love how I always have an excuse for eating crap and say tomorrow will be better and it never is :haha:

Breakfast - none

Lunch -
Half a bowl of chicken leek and potato soup, 2 sandwich thins with flora and light dairylea cheese slices
Chocolate coconut cupcake
Big glass of apple juice

Snacks -
3x glasses Pepsi max

Dinner -
Cheese and garlic chicken Kiev, cheesy potato gratin, garlic doughballs, garden peas and mayo
Pepsi max

Late night snack -
4 white choc chip cookies <_< they are all gone now though so I can't keep eating them!

I promise today will actually be better haha x
 
Yesterday I had:

Breakfast: x2 Cereal Bars and a mug of coffee
A decaf tea and starbucks wafers
Lunch: Low fat Chicken Salad Sandwich, apple juice and apple and grape snack bag
A KitKat
Dinner: A small bowl of cornflakes and no fewer than 6 biscuits! If I actually went back and counted it'd have to be closer to 10 :blush:

Today wasn't much better:

Breakfast: x4 Digestive biscuits and a cup of coffee
Snack: Orange squash and a cereal bar
Lunch: Large M&S fruit salad, a muller corner yogurt and some pretzels
Snack: M&S Bubbly Milk chocolate bar
Dinner: I've bought a mozzarella and tomato salad as it's just me in tonight. Chances are I'll spend the evening eating my bodyweight in biscuits instead!

Lunch: M&S Fruit salad and another cereal bar
A Yorkie raisin and biscuit bar
Dinner: A small portion of chips. Don't really feel like eating atm.
Snack: A couple more biscuits.
Drinks: Lots of squash

Snack - few mini scotch eggs
Lunch - egg mayo cress sandwich from tesco & a few of my little boys organix crisps
Dinner - home made chicken jalfrezi & cous cous
Snack - slice of toast with philly
