Silly OT: What did you eat today?

Not feeling great today, think I might be getting sick :wacko:

Breakfast
Bowl of cereal and light soy milk

Morning Snacks
Raisin toast with LF cream cheese
Fiber One granola bar

Lunch
Bowl of cereal with 1/2 banana and light soy milk


Plan for the rest of the day:

Afternoon Snacks
Medium apple
LF cheese stick

Dinner
I'm making pulled pork sandwiches, not sure how much I'll feel like eating though
 
Breakfast:
Allbran and soya milk
Mushrooms on toast

Lunch:
Large slice of chocolate cake

Snack:
Honey puffs and soya milk

Dinner:
Home made pizza
Stewed plums and vanilla soya dessert

Hmm, not the healthiest, but it is the weekend!

Shredded wheat with almond milk
Yogurt with almonds

Lunch:
Bbq baked organic chicken
Veggies
Chips
Lemonade

Snack:
Trail mix
Ice cream

Dinner:
Not sure
 
Yesterday:

Breakfast
FF yogurt with corn flakes

Morning Snacks
Peanut butter granola bar
Cereal with light soy milk

Lunch
Protein bar

Afternoon Snacks
Baby carrots

Dinner
Pulled pork sandwich
Sweet potato fries

Dessert
Homemade brownies :blush:
 
Yesterday I had

x3 weetabix
x2 cereal bars and a coffee
A Time out bar and another cereal bar :wacko:
Won Ton Soup and some spring rolls and a chocolate lolly
Drinks: Fizzy water, orange juice and orange squash

Today starts the same as usual :)

x3 weetabix and a cup of coffee
Decaf tea and two Ginger biscuits
Ploughmans Sandwich and an apple juice
Later on I expect to have a Yorkie Raisin and Biscuit bar
Another cup of decaf tea and some water at NCT
Dinner - mozzarella pizza and some fruit

I need to cut back on the sugar I think. I'm knackered but probably could do with something less artificial giving me a boost!

Snack:
Dairy milk choc bar
Chewy bar
Glass of coke

(havent had yet)

Tea:
Past in a cheese sauce with bacon

Snack:
Smoothie
Bag of quavers

Scrambled egg whites
Whole grain toast

Morning Snacks
English muffin with LF cream cheese
2 small chocolate brownies


Plan for the rest of the day:

Lunch
Protein bar

Afternoon Snacks
Baby carrots
Fiber One bar

Dinner
??? Something with chicken breast

Dessert
Apple slices


Now it's time to go exercise and work off those brownies :dohh:
 
Breakfast:
One egg and 2 egg whites, half an onion cooked in chicken broth.
1 half cup of coffee with creamer

Snack: 2 dark chocolate comfort cookies
OH MY GOSH I NEED THESE OUT OF MY HOUSE!! I've made 2 batches within 2 days!
In my defense, I gave away all but a few of the first batch. Sending a bunch along with my hubby tomorrow for his co-workers :p

Having a spinach and tomato salad in Italian dressing, with a cup of brown rice on the side

Dinner:
Making creamy mac n' cheese with corn
Sauteed squash in chicken broth

And no doubt I will have a few more cookies today :p

Fruit smoothie

Lunch:
Gluten free choc chip pancakes with blueberry agave syrup, eggs and chicken sausage

Snack:
Apple with almond butter
Raw cashews

Dinner:
Veggie and hummus wrap
Pasta salad

Snack:
Cinnamon raisin toast
Hot chocolate
 
Well I've been in hospital over the weekend so are ridiculously badly, going to try and be better today as I've eaten crap all weekend

Yesterday -
Breakfast - none

Lunch - half a burger with cheese pineapple and mayo, can of coke

Dinner -
3/4 cheese and garlic naan bread with chips cheese and mayo, 500ml bottle of coke

That's it! Today will be better!
 
2am Snack
Whole grain waffle with apricot preserves

Breakfast
FF yogurt and granola

Morning Snack
Corn flakes with 1/2 banana and soy milk

Lunch
Chicken & veggie dumplings

Afternoon Snacks
Mozzarella cheese stick
Baby carrots

Dinner
Trader Joe's "Reduced Guilt" mac'n'cheese

Dessert
??? Probably an apple
 
Breakfest: Kellogs Almond Cereal.

Snack: Honey Greek Yogurt

Lunch: PB & J Sandwhich, a piece of cheese and some pineapple.

Snack: another piece of cheese.

Dinner: Planning on Ham, salad and some rice.

Sanck: Some fruit
 
Porridge
2x wholegrain toast
Potato stars, fish fingers and spaghetti
cheese on toast
A daft amount of sugar free fizzy vimto!
 
Breakfast -
2x glasses of blackcurrant

Lunch -
Medium jacket potato w flora, grated cheese and mayo
Glass of lemonade

Snack -
Can of coke

Dinner -
Spaghetti with tomato and garlic sauce and cheese, garlic bread,
2x glasses of coke
 
Quiet in here today :haha:

Breakfast -
Low fat strawberry yoghurt
Blackcurrant

Lunch -
2 sandwich thins with flora, dairylea light slices and cucumber, 2/3 a wispa bar, blackcurrant

Snack -
Cheese and ham sandwich on whole grain bread
Pepsi max

Dinner -
Scrambled eggs, baked beans, 2 potato waffles, ketchup, Pepsi max
