Silly OT: What did you eat today?

Tuesday I had:

x2 weetabix and a cup of coffee
Low fat chicken salad sandwich, apple juice, fruit salad
Decaf tea and a kit kat
Cereal Bar
x3 crumpets w/ butter
Glasses of squash and more apple juice

Wednesday I had:

x2 weetabix and a cup of coffee
Another cup of coffee and fizzy water
Fruit Salad, a decaf tea, x2 Ginger biscuits and a twix
Packet of French fries (crisps)
Spinach canelloni
More squash

Today
x4 biscuits and a mug of coffee
A tea
Tiger prawn and chorizo linguine, apple juice and fizzy water
Jacket potato w/ cheese
Half a packet of love hearts, cereal bar
Squash
 
Breakfast
Rice Krispies with light soy milk and 1/2 banana

Morning Snacks
Raisin toast with LF cream cheese
Fiber One bar

Lunch
LF mac and cheese

Afternoon Snack
Bowl of cereal with light soy milk
Fiber One bar

Dinner
Grilled chicken sandwich
Sweet potato fries
 
Been way to ill today to even consider food - think i had a reaction to my antiD injection or my steroid, not too sure though.

Breakie/Dinner:
Few sips of coke
Glass of orange juice

Snack:
Some fruitella sweets
5 Grapes

Tea;
About 6 chips & some beans

Really do hope i feel better tomorrow!

Yesterday -

Breakfast -
Cocopops w semi skimmed milk
Sf blackcurrant squash

Lunch -
None I felt sick!

Dinner -
BBQ chicken pizza w peppers and sweetcorn, potato alphabet shapes, sour cream
Glass of coke

Snack -
Large skinny decaf caramel
Latte from costs and a Belgian chocolate brownie <3

Drank loads of sugar free blackcurrant too :)
 
Yesterday was

Breakfast -
Low far cherry yoghurt
1 pear
Blackcurrant squash

Snack -
Sandwich thin with flora and light dairylea cheese slice

Lunch -
McDonald's double cheeseburger and a diet coke

Snack -
2 small ikea cinnamon rolls and a cup of tea w 1 sugar

Dinner -
Creamy garlic chicken Kiev, mashed potato, baked beans and ketchup,
Blackcurrant squash
 
Yesterday I had

5am snack: Cereal Bar
Breakfast: Granola Yogurt Pot and a cup of coffee
Lunch: Low fat Chicken Salad Sandwich, apple and grape fruit bag, kit kat and an apple juice
Snack: Mango portions and another kit kat (oops)
Dinner: Jacket potato and beans, one sausage. Cereal bar for pudding

Drinks: Fizzy water and squash

Tin of Heinz spaghetti and sausages, sandwich thin w flora, grated cheese

500ml bottle coke zero

Dinner -
Breaded chicken breast, medium jacket potato w flora and grated cheese, baked beans
Pepsi max

Snack -
Wispa bites
Pepsi max
 
Breakfast -
Sandwich thin with flora and a light dairylea cheese slice
Glass of blackcurrant squash

Snack -
2 small white choc chip cookies
Half a 500ml bottle of coke

Lunch -
Chicken burger made with, sandwich thin, breaded chicken fillet, light dairylea slice and mayo
Low fat cherry yoghurt
1 medium pear
Pepsi max

Dinner -
2 slices garlic cheese stuffed crust pizza, big handful of southern fried criss-cross fries, mayo
Apple juice

Snack -
1 small white choc chip cookie
Blackcurrant squash

Those cookies are seriously amazing!
 
Breakfast: Porridge with sugar

Dinner: Crackerbread with marge and a banana

Tea: chilli with rice and tortilla chips

Snacks: chicken super noodles, oatmeal cookie, handful of quality street chocolates, packet of walkers ready salted crisps and a banana

Drinks: water
 
Breakfast:
Fiber cereal

Lunch:
Egg, mushroom, spinach, turkey and Swiss cheese omelette

Snacks:
White chocolate chips
Hemp non dairy mint chip ice cream
Raspberry leaf tea

Dinner:
Vegetable Lasagna (frozen and not home made but it tastes alright)
 
Porridge
2x wholegrain toast & beans
small amount of pasta, ratatouille and a veggie sausage.
1 slice of cheese on toast
sugary coke to get out of a hypo, a crumpet
 
I am very embarassed to admit this but yesterday I had:

I didn't eat anything real which is v. Naughty of me :(


Today I had
Brunch: x1 sausage, x1 slice bacon, x1 fried egg, potatoes and a slice of bread
x2 coffees
Ribena
x2 custard creams
Couple of glasses of blackcurrant squash
Dinner: King prawn puree (starter size), plain chapati and a poppodom
 
Day so far:

Breakfast
Buckwheat pancakes with sugar-free syrup

Morning Snacks
Bowl of cereal and light soy milk
Whole grain waffle with peanut butter


Plan for the rest of the day:

Lunch
Chicken and veggie dumplings

Afternoon Snacks
Fiber One bar
Baby carrots

Dinner
??? OH is making something with chicken breast and jasmine rice
 
Today I ate:

Breakfast: A portion of mango, an almond croissant and a cup of coffee
Snack: Cereal Bar
Lunch: Apple juice, a low fat ham and cheese sandwich, apple and grape snack bag and a time out bar.
Snack: A Fab ice lolly
Dinner: Portion of mashed potato (I did have a pork chop but I couldn't stomach it) and another cereal bar. I also ate / drank a frozen capri sun.
Drinks: Squash and water.
 
6am snack while nesting -
Cup of tea 1 sugar
2x small white choc chip cookies

Breakfast -
Low fat raspberry yoghurt
Strawberry and banana smoothie

Lunch -
2 sandwich thins with flora and light dairylea cheese slices
Pink and white
A huuuge bowl of fresh pineapple
Pepsi max

Snack -
1 Jaffa cake
Pepsi max

Dinner -
3x grilled sausages, mashed potatoes, loads of cauliflower cheese, (yum) garden peas and gravy
Pepsi max

Snack -
Half a wispa bar

Actually got my 5 a day today woo lol
 
for b.fast = a bowl of shredded wheat

lunch = potato salad and some pasta salad + apple

Snack = bread and butter and a packet of crisps

Tea = quorn mince spag bol and a bowl of fruit salad :)

Oh man, I miss Jaffa cakes so much! I wish they had them in the US. We have a similar brand called Pim's but it's just not the same :nope:
