Skipping a meal at 13 months?

Okay well in a week about 3/4 times lo only has 2 meals plus snacks and 2 bottles of cows milk.
Is this okay? The other days he will usually have 3 meals.
Just wondering that as he is now 13 months does he have to have 3 meals a day?

My LO was always a really good eater and I used to worry he was having too much, but recently, he has missed meals quite a few times. I offer the food but he either doesn't eat much or he drops loads on the floor. I'm really not sure how much is too much or not enough!
