Sleep routine

joshua has a bottle at 7ish then i put him down before 8.
he wakes at 2ish and again at 5ish.
he doesnt settle after his 5am feed so i usually get up but then once im up and dressed he seems to settle for a few more hours.

he has another feed at 8ish then i get him dressed after that feed.

Chloe goes down for a couple of hours at 8 usually, has a bath at 10, bottle then falls asleep. She used to wake at 2 and 5 but now usually 4 and 7 which is fantastic!

joshua has a bath every other night and usually has it by 6.

Bed 8-10
Up between 2-3 and 5-6, lay back down until 9ish or so depending on when she last got up

Goes down between 9 and 10 usually
He started sleeping through for a few nights but now wakes up once or twice, plus another at 5am and one at 7am. All for feeds.
Wakes up about 10am
