The last 2 weeks every few days I wake up in the middle of the night and can't go back to bed. So I sit up for 2 hours and pass back out for 3-4 hours. I don't feel exhausted or anything, but it is very annoying! Luckily my kids are 6 and 8 and like to sleep in. It almost feels like my body is preparing itself to be up in the middle of the night.
