how do i get my nearly 6 month old to sleep all through nite or just ave one bottle in night because she wakes up to much she hardly sleeps through dy aswel

i have the same problem still and he has 1 bottle a night at 7 months, at 6 months he was having 2 feeds a night, ive tryed everything its so tiring , the health visiter is coming for a home visit soon to have a chat about it and she wants me to do a sleeping and eating diary for 3 days as he should be like this at this age hope you LO gets better for you soon xxx

I think if they are feeding that much still you need to get a routine for bedtime feeding and try and hold off the night time feedings as much as you can.. A 7 month old shouldnt need to feed at night... sorry I know people may disagree, but by then they should be on solids and eating well enough. Most often its just out of habit that they feed in the night.
