Sleeping in a bra...?

Hi Ladies,
When i have to get up in the middle of the night for a toilet trip, my boobs always hurt... i have been sleeping in a sports top with a built in support bit but i dont think it's supportive enough. Do any of you sleep in bras? i have just got some with no under-wire so thought i might give it a go. Any thoughts?

I sleep in mine. The only time I don't have one on is while showering!!

I sleep in a sports bra at night too...only way I can keep from waking up in pain...they're still a little sore but if I go without its a lot worse

I sleep in a padded bra most nights, and usually wore a sports bra when heavily pregnant last time. if nothing else it should keep the girls away from my knees for a while longer! LOL

im in a sports bra 24/7 unless showering. wearing regular bras out in public is annoying and painful. but having big bbs to begin with has been a real challenge lately.

Same here! I just find it super uncomfortable.

I can't stand sleeping in one either...BUT its a lot worse sleeping without one and waking up in horrible pain. It took some getting used to and I resisted it, but once I gave it, I was much happier.
