Sleeping with a bra ;(

i bought a crop type type nursing bra its really comfy. the only thing i ever slept in was my knickers. i'm finding im leaking through my breast pads now tho

I wear a cotton crop top bra or just put a cotton terry old fashioned nappy square inside my nightwear. x

You know those vests or tshirts with the hidden support thingy inside to support your chest? you can put the breast pads in there and the johnsons ones have the lil sticky bit on the back so they dont move, worked well for me but i didnt leak for long so might not be the greatest advice but hey its a non-bra suggestion lol x

I started with wearing a bra to bed but we got thrush (keeping the area warm and moist by wearing a bra all the time probably didn't help) so I ended up ditching the bra and just kept a towel under me instead. Like others said, it does get better and you won't leak as much once your supply is regulated
